- 1 / 5By Ed BGot there 5:30 pm. We had to wait 15 mins to be seated. 90% of the tables were empty. No cooks or servers on duty???!!! The food took too long. It was cold and they did not have rice pilaf. Portions were small for the combo price point. Meat was hard. Terrible. Good server though. Cool Hand in Madera is awesome. No return trip here. We blame it on the poor leadership at this restaurant.August 26, 2016
