  First off not everyone has a smartphone to use the app so the stamped card really came in handy & should be brought back! Second of all I didn't get the older lady's name but she was very rude & was very inappropriate with the word's she was using. I wasn't the only one in here with kid's or using the stamped card. She took it out of my hand & ripped it up saying they no longer except them (I had a free pretzel on it that I wasn't even allowed to get) & that I have to download the app & when I told her I don't have a smartphone she laughed & said everyone has a smartphone now a day's, so I showed her my phone & she laughed again telling me I need to upgrade my phone. The lady behind me was kind enough to speak up & tell her that she had spoken to someone from corporate that stated they still take the stamped card's until the card is done but they don't hand out new one's. The older lady behind the counter then said I don't know who you spoke to but we don't take them & we don't have to give out the free pretzel in that card any more! I was embarrassed that I didn't even bother paying for what I ordered, I just left it & walked out & I wasn't the only one who left there was 3 people behind me who walked out as well. I definitely won't be retuning again!
